3238212 - Assertion failed dump while accessing any of GRC PC work-centers

Symptom

When users open any of GRC PC work-centers, like 'Assessments' or 'Master Data', users are receiving Assertion failed. It is observed it only happens to a specific language. For example: users that login in English are not facing this dump but it happens while login in German.

Dump details:

    The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
      "CL_GRFN_OBJTYPE_INFO==========CP", in "GET_ENTITY_INFO". The
     main program was "SAPMHTTP".
