Symptom

Client copy got failed when executing report RCTXTCPY. Dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED found in t-code ST22, or below error messages can be found in t-code SM21 (system log). 

Unexpected return value 1 when calling up DbSlR
Function ROLLBACK on connection R/3 failed
Error in DB rollback/SyFlush, return code 016384
Database error 0 with UPD access to table TST01
Database error: TemSe->XRTAB(3)->1 for table TST01
