Symptom
- While trying to open the Manage Service Orders app, nothing is happening.
- Not possible to open app Manage Service Orders.
Environment
- Service Management (CRM)
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to the launchpad with role SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR assigned.
- Located app Manage Service Orders on your homepage and select the app with the cursor.
- The app does not respond.
Resolution
Please reset your browser cache according to the steps for your specific browser; e.g. for Chrome:
- Press F12 to open the Chrome DevTools window.
- Select and hold the reload in the Chrome web browser page.
- Choose option 'Empty cache and hard reload'.
