3238542 - Manage Service Orders App is not responding in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • The "Manage Service Orders" app does not respond when attempting to open it. No visible action or loading occurs.
  • Not possible to open app Manage Service Orders.

Environment

  • Service Management (CRM)
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the Fiori Launchpad using the role SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR.
  2. Locate the Manage Service Orders app on your homepage.
  3. Click on the app — it does not respond or load.

Resolution

Try clearing your browser cache. Below are the steps for Google Chrome:

  1. Press F12 to open Chrome Developer Tools.
  2. Right-click on the refresh icon in the browser toolbar.
  3. Select "Empty cache and hard reload".

This action forces a full reload and may resolve issues caused by cached files.
