Symptom
- The "Manage Service Orders" app does not respond when attempting to open it. No visible action or loading occurs.
- Not possible to open app Manage Service Orders.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the Fiori Launchpad using the role SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR.
- Locate the Manage Service Orders app on your homepage.
- Click on the app — it does not respond or load.
Resolution
Try clearing your browser cache. Below are the steps for Google Chrome:
- Press F12 to open Chrome Developer Tools.
- Right-click on the refresh icon in the browser toolbar.
- Select "Empty cache and hard reload".
This action forces a full reload and may resolve issues caused by cached files.
