3238542 - Manage Service Orders App is not responding

Symptom

  • While trying to open the Manage Service Orders app, nothing is happening.
  • Not possible to open app Manage Service Orders.

Environment

  • Service Management (CRM)
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to the launchpad with role SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR assigned.
  2. Located app Manage Service Orders on your homepage and select the app with the cursor.
  3. The app does not respond. 

Resolution

Please reset your browser cache according to the steps for your specific browser; e.g. for Chrome:

  1. Press F12 to open the Chrome DevTools window.
  2. Select and hold the reload in the Chrome web browser page.
  3. Choose option 'Empty cache and hard reload'.
