3238636 - Error 6913 when executing DUMP DATABASE FULL - SAP ASE

Symptom

Error 6913 , "DUMP DATABASE <database-name> FULL is unable to clear the list of changed database pages. Future incremental dumps will be unnecessarily large until the next successful full DUMP DATABASE.",  when DUMP DATABASE FULL is executed.
