3238760 - Condition amount not showing against custom view until standard view is executed in Manage Prices - Sales app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

When adapting custom views in Manage Prices - Sales app, you might encounter the following symptoms:

  1. When loading custom views, the condition amount in column 'Condition Amount or Ratio' does not show up.
  2. In custom views, the columns of the pre-saved condition records table are in the wrong order.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

This is because of the new functionality stated in the following help portal. As of CE2208, the 'Condition Amount' field was replaced with the new field 'Condition Amount or Ratio' to enable you to distinguish between amount and percentage respectively.

Resolution

Try the 1st workaround first, if it does not work in your case, alternatively try the 2nd one.

  1. For the existing custom view, adjust the setting of the condition records table to ensure the fields 'Release Status' 'Condition Record No.' 'Editing Status' are ticked. Then save the view and reload it.
  2. If it does not work, re-create a custom view based on the standard view with the fields 'Release Status' 'Condition Record No.' 'Editing Status' remaining in the condition records table. Then save the view and utilize it.
