3238792 - Errors 2610, 806, 605 and 644 on indexes for APL tables in an encrypted database after upgraded to 16.0 SP03 PL12 - SAP ASE

• SAP ASE has been upgraded to v.16.0 SP03 PL12 recently.
• ASE configuration parameter 'enable encrypted columns' is enabled ( = 1 ).
• Corruption errors like 2610, 806, 605, 644 are reported for all pages locked (APL) tables in the ASE errorlog. For example:
  
  Error: 2610, Severity: 22, State: 1
  Could not find leaf row in nonclustered index partition database 'enc_db' (4), object 'mytable' (592002109), index 'idx3' (3), partition 'idx3_592002109' (592002109) page 2918 that corresponds to data row from logical data page 5251, row offset 1 during update index attempt after data page split.
  
  Error: 806, Severity: 21, State: 1
  Could not find virtual page for logical page 912406324 in database 'enc_db'.
  
  
• Related database is fully encrypted, the database option 'encrypted' is set to 'true' for the database.
• No similar index corruption errors were detected in ASE before applying v.16.0 SP03 PL12.
