Symptom

  • The following error message occurs when opening a SAP Digital Boardroom:" Please contact your administrator. Model: <model name>".
  • The related story and model can be opened without issue, but same error also occurs when creating a story based on the model.
  • From HAR file, we can see error similar to the following:" Can't read the view : TENANT_X://t.XXXXXX::[EPM], reason: Can't read the view : No view exists with the name TENANT_X:t.XXXXXX:Location_Company_XXXX".
