3239053 - CI-DS task/process gets stuck and start hanging - SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services

Symptom

  • CPI-DS task is stalling and never completing.
  • The error_JobService.log file under directory %DS_COMMON_DIR%\log on Windows or $LINK_DIR/log on Linux shows the error below:

    SYSTEM  : Started ******** Start Logging al_jobservice *********
    SYSTEM  : ERROR:  3500
    SYSTEM  : ERROR: The JobServer <Port # = 3500> is already running. Re-starting JobServers will NOT restart this particular JobServer
    SYSTEM  : Started ******** Start Logging al_jobservice *********
    SYSTEM  : ERROR:  3500
