3239125 - Field Control customizing for Item Decision Points does not influence field properties during "Mass Update"

Symptom

You carry out field control customizing for Portfolio Item Decision Points (e.g. to make a field "Read Only"). This customizing works OK to influence the field properties during editing of a decision point in the PPM frontend. It however has no influence on the field properties when using the "Mass Update" functionality for decision points.
