Symptom

Country in Job information it is showed at the end and it does not reflect the field layout in configure people profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open “Manage Pending Hires”;
  2. Select "Onboarding";
  3. Select an employee;
  4. Go to the “Internal Hire” of the employee selected > "Job Information" dropdown > Job Information;
  5. The section "Country" should be the first field in the page, but it's the last;
  6. Open the "Configure People Profile" > “Job Information” and see the order that should be respected.

Cause

The CSF (Country Specific Field) field in a single row is not supported in the framework for Configure People Profile.

Resolution

If you want to add the CSF field, please move the field to any row of the SDM (Succession Data Model) fields.
