3239174 - Quick setup of STS for Cloud (such as HEC) customers

This guide assumes the following...

1. BI servers already have one or more BW entitlements setup in the CMC > authentication > SAP  if not see KBA 2781286
2. STS service is only running on 1 or 2 APS's if not see KBA 3056284
3. This KBA assumes customer may not have access to the BI server but can be performed on the BI server if they do have access (on premise)
4. The BI system has a single connection that will be set to SSO for reports that will be using STS 

In a nutshell this guide is only interested in the generation of certificates for BI/BW and the uploading them to each server or enabling SSO not the other steps around setting up the environment.
