Can we update offer field via Integration Center or API?

A Job Offer can only be edited when it is in the “Draft” or “Rejected” status. Any field change is not possible once the offer is sent to approver (pending status). If field change is necessary, the approver will need to reject the offer approval so the offer originator can create a new version with the correct field value. It is through offer version where we can audit the changes in the job offer.
