3239205 - Biometrics not working with SAP Asset Manager if Multi User is Enabled

Symptom

  • Biometrics works in single user mode
  • enable Multi User support in SAM i.e., setting "MultiUserEnabled"  to true in BrandingSettings.json and activating the check box in Mobile services cockpit
  • After enable Multi User mode, Biometrics no longer works
