3239333 - DB6: Some table space cannot be accessed with SQL1477N and ADM5570W on DR side after database switch over from DC to DR

Symptom

After database switch over from DC to DR, some table space cannot be accessed on DR side.

This will cause the shortdump as below:

SQL error "-1477" when accessing table "abc".

Error Text of the Database: "SQL1477N For table "SAPABC.ABC" an object "123"                 
in table space "1" cannot be accessed. SQLSTATE=55019"

and ADM5570W can be found in the db2diag.log:

          index will have to be dropped.
