3239627 - [Onboarding] Compliance Form password protected

• While Trying to open the Signed Compliance document by candidate from Onboarding dashboard (Onboarding Dashboard > New Recruit Details > Action > Onboarding Documents), the affected file appears password-protected

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Go to Onboarding dashboard
• Search for the candidate and click on view details
• Go to Actions -> Onboarding documents
• Click on the view button next to the form and the form downloads
• Try to open the file after it is downloaded it is password protected
• when you check the file name it does not end with SIGNED.pfd instead Upload. EX: test_UK_STARTER_CHECKLIST_2021_V2_P45_Upload.pdf  , this is the file name instead of test_UK_STARTER_CHECKLIST_2021_V2_P45_SIGNED.pdf

• when the candidate was completing the compliance form there are two options that the candidate can select : Proceed or upload. The candidate has selected upload option and send the file with Password protected and due to this the issue has occurred. 

• The candidate can upload the compliance form manually in the My employee profile under the documents section
