• The option to delete folders and reports is missing from Central Management Console (CMC)
• The issue occurs with the default enterprise administrator account
• Central Management Server (CMS) logs show the following:
  • Security::IsAllowed( U=12,R=22,Ob=1654569,Own=12,T=1 ) : IsAllowed=false defined=false ‑ 

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x
