3239632 - All Onboardees are visible on the Dashboard to a user, not just the direct reports - Onboarding

A manager/recruiter can see all Onboardees in the Dashboard but permissions are restricting to direct reports only.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as hiring manager with restricted target population.
2. Go to the dashboard.
3. See that onboardees which are not in the target population are visible to the hiring manager.

Issue 1:

• Admin permissions are granted:
  • Admin access to MDF OData API
  • Employee export 

Issue 2:

• ONB2Process permission have All External Onboarding User or All Employee as target population.

Solution 1:

• Business users cannot have admin permission such as "Admin access to MDF OData API" and "Employee export".
• These admin permissions overwrite any other permission and should be removed if working with restricted target population for a user.

Solution 2:

• Restrict target population of role with ONB2Process permission
