3239673 - Cannot add a user to Enable Job Alerts for Candidates checkbox in Provisioning - Recruiting Management

When trying to enable the checkbox "Enable Job Alerts for Candidates" in Provisioning, it asks for a job owner. But, when searching for the user, no user is displayed, even if the user is an admin user.

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Navigate to Company Settings
3. Search by the option "Enable Job Alerts for Candidates"
4. In the text field to select the job owner it's not possible to find anyone

The checkbox "Disable autocompletion find in the UI" is enabled.

When that checkbox is enabled, it's not possible to find a user by typing their name. Once that checkbox is no longer ticket, the users are found again:

search, job, alert, candidate, email, quartz, user, username, person, admin, scheduled, external, internal. , KBA , LOD-SF-RCM , Recruiting Management , Problem
