3239710 - Users are immediately logged off after login to CMC

Symptom

  • User session is automatically logged off from CMC after a successful login and the pages shows "the cleanup is in progress. wait..."
  • This happens even for the enterprise administrator user
  • In a HAR trace you may see the log off immediate after the SetupWizard/loadwizard.faces request, eg:
    https://<HOST>:8443/BOE/CMC/2503131658/admin/App/SetupWizard/loadwizard.faces        
    https://<HOST>:8443/BOE/CMC/2503131658/admin/App/logoff.jsp?isInvalidSession=true
