3239727 - The SPWM is reporting "Unable to check existence of account <Domain name>\syb<sid>. Access is denied" - SAP ASE BS

The JAVA System 7.5 on Windows with SAP ASE as local installation and in order to do an SAP Rename to migrate the Instance from local Installation to Domain Installation. 

The SPWM is reporting the following error:
