3239739 - DB2 fixpack upgrade error - "db2ckgpfs: not found".

Symptom

Db2 11.5 fixpack upgrade "Typical Installation" completes successfully. The database starts and is functioning without issue. However the log "installFixPack.log.<pid>" reports the following error:

You repeat the fixpack upgrade, specifying parameter "-f NOTSAMP", but the same error persists.

Command 'db2ckgpfs' command is used to display information about a GPFS cluster file system. However, this is not an HA environment with no cluster software installed (ie, DB2 HA and/or IBM TSAMP).
