3239928 - Workbook technical name is shown instead of their description

For some users, instead of the description of a workbook, the technical name is displayed in the open dialog from BW.

SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office

1) Create a new Analysis workbook by inserting a data source from your BW system

2) Set the logon language to English [EN]

3) Save the workbook with a technical name and description

4) Close Analysis for Office to logoff 

5) Open Analysis for Office and select File->Analysis->Open Workbook->Open Workbook from the SAP Business Warehouse Platform

6) Logon with a different language i.e. German [DE]

7) Search/Browse for the previously saved workbook - notice that the technical name is shown in the description

Analysis workbook descriptions are language dependent and the workbook description is not available on the selected logon language.

Descriptions are saved with the user's logon language and stored in table RSAOOBJT.

Logon with a different logon language i.e. German [DE] to open the workbook and save it with the expected description.

The description is now also available with this logon language.
