3240109 - Error in Enable Mobile Features: Failed to fetch Mobile Settings / Failed to check if UXR Org Chart is enabled

When accessing "Enable Mobile Features" page, one of the following errors is thrown:

• Failed to fetch Mobile Settings
• Failed to check if UXR Org Chart is enabled

1. Navigate to Enable Mobile Features page in search bar
2. Error: failed to fetch mobile settings appears
   
   

Missing Permission for user: "General User Permission > Mobile Access" 

1. Find affected User's Role
2. Confirm if permission contains "General User Permission > Mobile Access" 
3. If not, then provide permission "General User Permission > Mobile Access" to the role.
