3240136 - Not able to find candidate in document center - Onboarding 1.0

When trying to upload single documents to a specific candidate, they're not appering in document center.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Candidate that haven't passed through onboarding will not appears in document center.

For the candidates that was hired outside onboarding the system will not recognized this as a onboardee user and will not be present in document center to get documents uploaded, this is an expected behavior.
