3240169 - Is it possible to include Offer Approval originator in Offer Detail? - Recruiting Management

Is it somehow possible to include the originator name of the offer approval (not from the job requisition) into the offer detail template? Or is there an option to show the offer approval originator to the next approver?

There is no feature available to include offer originator's name in offer detail template. Hence, next approvers will not see this information either.

There are two possible workarounds for this topic:

• Create a text type field in Offer Details so offer originator can fill out with her/his name.
• Approvers can be permissioned to create Ad hoc reports and they can get the information by generating a report, as per KBA 3051530 - What does the Audit Action mean on Offer Detail reports - Recruiting Management.
