3240189 - 'No private key found in the keystore for the alias' in SAP Cloud Integration or PI/PO

Symptom

You are running and Iflow in SAP Cloud Integration or have imported an SAP Cloud Integration Iflow into your PI/PO, and it is failing with the following error:

Error in SAP Cloud Integration:

  • No private key found in the keystore for the alias <Key name> . Either the alias is wrongly configured or a private key entry in the keystore with this alias is missing

Error in PI/PO:

  • Can not import entry <Key name> from PKCS12
  • Suppressed: com.sap.esb.camel.security.crypto.CryptoConfigurationException: No private key found in the keystore for the alias '<Key name>'. Either the alias is wrongly configured or a private key entry in the keystore with this alias is missing.
