Symptom
The database goes down. You notice following symptom:
- "db2diag -A" returns following error:
db2diag: The file is part of a read-only file system.
As the result, db2diag.log file has not been updated for some time. - Connection to database takes a long time (1-2 minutes) until it returns SQL1036C error.
db2 connect to <SID>
SQL1036C An I/O error occurred while accessing the database. SQLSTATE=58030
