3240239 - Exception Aggregation Type "Average" default back to Sum aggregation type when data is entered in a story

• An Account dimension member is set up with:
  
  • Exception Aggregation Type: Average
  • Exception Aggregation Dimension: Date
  • Unit & Currencies: %

• When the data is submitted into a story on Date dimension, it defaults back to SUM. 
  • For example, when 6% is submitted for Year 2022, the value are spread 0.5% in each month of 2022. 
  • Instead, same percentage, 6%, should be flow down to each month of 2022.
