3240271 - SUM uptime: Dump Function module "UPG_GET_ACTIVE_COMP_UPGRADE" not found

Symptom

  • During system update using Software update manager (SUM), in the uptime part system dumps occur:
    • Function module "UPG_GET_ACTIVE_COMP_UPGRADE" not found
    • Function module "UPG_GET_SINGLE_COMPREL" not found.
  • After checking the logfile SAPupConsole.log, the SUM PHASE: PREP_IMPORT/TOOLIMP_I was running during the time frame of the dump creation.
