3240786 - Error: "Deleting SAP license failed" during system rename for SID

Symptom

You are doing system rename via SWPM.

It stops and shows the following error(sample).

In dev_likey.log, the following error can be found.

ERROR: -1 in function SQLConnectWithRetry (SQLConnectWithRetry) [line 2981]
