3240810 - The alert notification email is not triggered for SFTP sender channel errors.

Symptom

You have configured an SFTP sender communication channel and Component-Based Message Alerting (CBMA) for this channel. However, when there is some errors occurring on this channel, you cannot receive any alert email on this error.

Sample errors:
Exception received: 2: cd to /TEST_PATH/ failed. Maybe the directory does not exist. Error message is: No such file or directory, file: /TEST_PATH

When check Job Logs in NWA, you will see:
0 alerts had been consumed and aggregated successfully. Info 2022.05.19 09:32:28 UTC
0 alerts had been suppressed. Info 2022.05.19 09:32:28 UTC
