3240832 - Difference between Dictionary entry import and published version

When I create a Dictionary entry and the import file content formatting looks fine (all number are in sequence, space ,etc.), but once it's published it looks different. The entry was copied from a Microsoft Word document. What would be the root cause of this behavior?

The root cause is that some hidden formatting in MS Word when copied and pasted into an excel file, translated when viewed in Signavio, i.e. numbered bullet list, text formatting, etc. To avoid this behavior, It's best when copying text from Word, paste it in neutral text editor like Notepad which removes all hidden formatting, and then paste that into the excel import file. This will ensure that no other formatting code will appear in your dictionary entry.
