3240842 - API: "An error occurred. (ACCESS VIOLATION: User john.doe@example.com has no permission to to call method create on object Unavailable")

I am trying to create dictionary category via API, but every time I receive the error message as response: "An error occurred. (ACCESS VIOLATION: User john.doe@example.com has no permission to to call method create on object Unavailable")

The error message says, that the user hasn’t enough rights. Please check it at "Setup" > "Manage users & access rights" as described here: https://docs.signavio.com/userguide/editor/en/workspace_admin/manage_users_access/managing_access_rights_diagrams_dictionary.html
