If the RACI report is not enabled for user groups in the access rights settings of SPM, those users will not be able to use the Export function in Collaboration Hub. They will receive this Error:

Error: Oops... the system was unable to perform the requested function

Cause: Reason: An error occurred. (Feature Group 'basicreports' is not enabled for this user.)
