3241075 - User can not access form from EP Portlet - Performance Management

1. In the Performance History portlet, some form titles are clickable links, and users can access the form via the link.

However, some form titles are not clickable links. 

Alternatively, also for some form links you may notice the below error "The document you are trying to access is no longer in this folder" when accessing the form link.

2. For some 360 forms, the link is clickable but when user clicks open it, the below error shows: OData Service Form360ReviewContentDetail(formDataId=XX,formContentId=XX) Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown:

1.In the following situations, the form title shows as a link to the users in EP portlet. 

(1)The users created the form and has an En Route copy of the form. 

(2)The users are involved in form route map and the form has reached their inbox. 

Additionally, managers can be granted permission to view the form link separately in Admin Center > Processes and Forms > Form Drilling Visibility. 

• When the option "Managers can only drill to see forms after they have been in their inbox at least once" is enabled, the form link will be visible to the managers only when the form has reached their inbox. 
• When the option "Managers can drill to see all forms in their team at any point in the process" is enabled, the form link will always be visible to managers regardless of route map settings. 

The error upon accessing the form link in EP will show if the form has either been deleted or the visibility of the form has been removed from the user.

NOTE: Kindly please check if "Keep last touched version upon Document completion" is enabled in the Form Template Settings. If it is then please note this will remove the visibility of the form from the user after the form is completed, hence the form will not be accessible from the Employee Profile Link.

2. For 360 forms, the form opens without throwing Odata error for:

(1)Users who have a copy of the 360 form;

(2)Or users who are involved in the 360 form process and the form has reached their inbox;

(3)Or users who have the permission "Admin Access to Forms OData API".
