3241126 - Application error during the Personal Data Collection step - Onboarding

An Application error occurs during the Personal Data Collection, the error will come up with an errorID and Timestamp.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Log in the system as the candidate
• Go to Personal Data collection step.
• At the end of the process, error will appear

This error can have many causes, on of the is when when there is an end date associated with the Paycomponents before Manage Pending Hire Step.

Remove the end date information from the paycomponent object, or remove the whole paycomponent from the candidate record, and re-add it once candidate is hired.

This is a known issue for our engineering team, the fix date is targeted for the nex release 2H 2022.
