Excel file has incorrect language.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work centre
2. Go to the Campaigns view
3. Open the relevant campaign
4. Go to the attachments tab
5. Download the excel file
6. Observe as the file is (for example) in German (other languages might come up depending on settings as explained below). 

If the campaign was created by someone who's excel language is maintained in German, then any Excel created by it will be in German. If that language is Dutch, then it will be Dutch, etc..

The campaign owner needs to check their language settings in Microsoft

1. Open a Microsoft application, for example Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. 
2. Go to Files > Options > Select Language
3. Here, you can decide on your preferred, additional and general settings.
4. Please note: those settings are owned by Microsoft, not SAP!

Added: the owner of the campaign/whoever created it needs to check their excel language.
