3241204 - Error 13998 or 10370 maybe seen when Alter table modify owner loginame is changed for aliased users - SAP ASE

1. Attempt to change ownership using the "loginame only" syntax under the sa login yields the following error:
   
   alter table user1_table modify owner loginame only user2
   
   Msg 13998, Level 16, State 1: Server 'sp02', Line 1: Ownership change failed. With LOGINAME ONLY specified, the new owner must have the same user identity in the database as the current owner.
   
   
2. Attempt to change ownership using the "loginame only" syntax under the user2(see Repro below) login yields the following error:
   
   Msg 10370, Level 14, State 1:
   Server 'sp02', Line 1:
   Permission denied. Only the DBO of the current database or a user with sso_role
