Symptom
- The RepServer ran out of space on the stable queue, the RepServer log shows:
W. 20xx/08/28 10:38:47. WARNING #6047 SQM(139:1 LogCon.sec) - /generic/sqm/sqmsp.c(1113)
SQM_ADD_SEGMENT ('139:1'): Going to wait for a segment to be freed. Administrative action is needed - Tried to add space to the stable queue and RepServer Log received:
Open partition '/sybase/REP-16_0/data/sq_04.dat' with sqm_write_flush 'on'.
Temporarily using optimized disk I/O to initialize partition '/sybase/REP-16_0/data/sq_04.dat'
Open partition '/sybase/REP-16_0/data/sq_05.dat' with sqm_write_flush 'on'.
Thread dAIO( ) infected with signal 11.

- Can no longer isql into the RepServer.
- When trying to reboot the RepServer, receive the following error:

Open Server error: Error: 16029, State: 0, Severity 20 -- 'Failed to start any network listeners'.
Exiting due to a fatal error. - When doing an ps -aef | grep RepServer, it shows the RepServer process is still running.
