3241257 - Widget filtering does not give expected results in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Symptom

I want to find cases where A is never followed by B. 

Using "Behavior" filter on a widget as below, search records without A nor B. 

Results - 1, 4 and C were not expected. Why is it happened?
