3241271 - New user gets error Provisioning failed in tenant, Could not create user

When a user attempts to login to Signavio for the first time, and their workspace has SAML auto-provisioning enabled, the below message could be received.
The error message text is as follows: Provisioning failed in tenant, Already created objects will be rolled back, Could not create user
