Symptom

The material number is not displayed in My Inbox when approving PO.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE 2208

Cause

According to dev team, it is a designed change.

Resolution

Currently Dev team has discussed with customer contacts why the material ID is needed and the material description is not sufficient to be able to better judge if a hotfix is definitely needed.

After evaluating customer's urgency for a possible hotfix, Dev team decided to deliver a hotfix for this issue
