Is there a way to filter the candidates out in the candidate workbench by the candidates' answer to pre-screening questions?

As of now, the system doesn't allow using questionResponse as a filter in the job application template.

A way to know a candidate's answer without accessing their application would be through an output in Integration Center. The instructions on how to do that are described in this KBA: 2411634 - How to Generate A Report on Pre-Screening Questions - Recruiting Management.
