Can you unsubscribe me from Workflow and Process Manager notifications?

We cannot disable notifications on our side, but you can manage your subscriptions from your profile preferences. Navigate to Setup -> "My profile" and remove subscriptions:

You can disable notifications also in Workflow Accelerator from the menu. Click on "My profile" and unmark notifications:
