3241372 - I don't see the option Import custom graphics

When I login with a non-admin account and try to import an SGX, I don't see the option Import custom graphics, why is that?

Screenshot below from an account with administrator rights.

The option Import custom graphics is only possible for administrators, same as importing custom attributes and modeling languages configs.

Please login with an account that has the group 'administrators' assigned to it, to see this option.
