3241569 - Hub Users Unable to see the [Description] field

 

For a model, we inserted a picture under the [Description] field.
When both the picture and the model are published into the Collaboration Hub, the end user is unable to see [Description] field nor the picture.

Check that the model is actually published.

The new Hub (Velocity) now has 2 view (modes);

In Preview mode, the recently added [Description] will be visible.
However, because the latest version of the model is not published, the [Description] field is not visible in the Published mode.
