Cost rate for the project displays zero

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Project Management workcenter
2. Projects view
3. Select the project  and navigate to the task 
4. On this project task go to the work task and see that for employee and  the cost rate is zero

Cost valuation is executed for internal employees(employees belonging to the project company)

In the project, the employee is involved as a service performer for supplier

That is why cost is not calculated.
