Symptom
- While performing rolling upgrade to ASE/SRS 16.0 SP04 PL02, failover fails on sap_host_available step.
- SRS log shows:

User 'sa' writes: '** Message: failed' - RMA log shos:
[ERROR] [Thread - 1:212][RMA] - [ResumeDSI ] - Task Resume DSI Connection - Failed with error message - The Replication Server connection to 'SID_Site1.master' failed to become active.
[ERROR] [Thread - 1:212][RMA] - [ResumeDSI ] - Task Resume DSI Connection - Failed performing command - admin who, no_trunc
[INFO ] [Thread - 1:212][RMA] - [ResumeDSI ] - Task Resume DSI Connection - Provided corrective suggestion - Use ISQL to connect to the Replication Server and issue the command 'resume connection to SID_Site1.master'. Make sure that the connection is active then resubmit the failing command.
