3242227 - 'SOAP:1007' Error in eDocument Cockpit for Mexico eInvoice - S/4HANA Public Cloud

Proxy error SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP C: ode 401 : Unauthorized") in México eDocument Cockpit app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access eDocument Cockpit app
2. Select Related document
3. Submit it
4. Error is triggered

Error 401 authorization means bad configuration between the S4 system and CPI tenant.

In Cloud this is done through Communication Arrangement app.

First, maintain the right authentication method.

Review and follow Section 5.1 Configure Communication System, especially point number 7.

For connection between the S4 system and CPI, first maintain the authentication method, which could be either User Name and Password or Certificate based.
