3242227 - Error in eDocument Cockpit for Mexico eInvoice

Symptom

You have an issue while submitting eInvoice for Mexico.

At first, a window to enter logon data pops up, which is not correct. And then after submitting credentials the invoice is processed and that ends up with the error: Proxy error SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP C: ode 401 : Unauthorized")

Reproducing the Issue



Cause

Error 401 authorization means bad configuration between the S4 system and CPI tenant.

Resolution

In Cloud this is done through Communication Arrangement.

First, you have to maintain the right authentication method.

Please review and follow Section 5.1 Configure Communication System

Make sure everything is set up properly, especially point number 7.

For connection between the S4 system and CPI, customer has to first maintain the authentication method, which could be either User Name and Password or Certificate based.
