Process communication error in the purchase order document.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Purchase requests and orders work center
2. Go to the Purchase orders view
3. Select the relevant Purchase Order 
4. Select Edit and navigate to the document flow tab
5. Here you see that there is a process communication error.

To see all PCE errors and its error details follow below steps:

1. Go to the Application and User Managment work center
2. Go to  Proces communication Error view
3. Choose 'Open errors with incidents'
4. Search and select the error related to respective purchase order
5. The main error is "Cannot confirm output; another item with status "To Be Output" exists" and in the error details you will see "Form template variant"Template type "for language XX  and country/region YY not found"

You don't have a form template for cancelled or/and changed purchase order for country YY and language XX.

Similar to the 'created Purchase order' template which has fall back template with language English and no country, you have to create same for cancel purchase order and also for changed purchase order as well in Application user and Management work center under Form template maintenance view.

You have to set up a template for exact combination of country and langauge as shown in error.

Or

In the form template selection view, you might have not maintained any thing for changed purchase order. Once the template is maintained, SAP can clear the error message from the backend.
